I have a well-established background in working with leadership teams to deepen trust, improve relationships and to enhance performance by developing more effective ways of being and working together.

 

Most leaders I have worked with find that bringing a team together and reaching a stage of being truly high performing is one the most challenging and rewarding aspects of being a leader. It takes time and energy to get a team to that stage and working with a good team coach can help to accelerate the process by identifying and overcoming blocks to honest dialogue, resolving conflicts and developing core strengths.

 

All my team coaching work begins with an understanding of the organisational strategy and purpose. I then have one-to-one meetings with all the team members and where appropriate key stakeholders, to build an understanding of the team’s core strengths and growth areas. From there, myself and the team build the team coaching agenda and will usually work together over 6 -12 months or in some cases longer.
