COACH supervision

I have been building my coach supervision practice for the last 5 years.
Coaching can be a lonely and isolated profession because all of our work is confidential. Having had regular supervision throughout my coaching career I strongly believe in the importance of having a trusted, confidential thinking partner with whom to reflect on aspects of my practice. I have also found supervision to be core to my development as a coach throughout my 25-year career.
I have a wealth of experience that informs this work. I believe that coaches practise best when we bring as much of our ‘whole’ selves as possible to the work that we do. This will mean that we all practise in different ways. It is my goal to support other coaches to evolve to become a richer, deeper version of themselves over time with greater access to their inner resources and greater flexibility and choice in how they show up as practitioners.
In my experience some of the outcomes of supervision can be:
-
greater self-awareness and self-confidence
-
a deeper understanding of your beliefs and world
-
a heightened sense of your professional purpose and practice philosophy
-
an enhanced ability to navigate ethically complex challenges
-
new insights, practices and strategies to enhance your coaching
-
a greater satisfaction from your work.
